DIY Easy Project – Wrap Yarn from Bottom to Top of Tree
Glue the Soft and Shiny yarn to the cardboard tree. Begin at the base of the cardboard tree. Work from the bottom to the top of the tree. Continue to wrap the cardboard tree so that the cardboard is completely covered.
After the second wrapping of yarn, glue the twig or trunk to the bottom of the tree. Continue wrapping the yarn around the cardboard and twig. The twig on the cardboard tree should be completely covered with yarn. Once the cardboard is completely covered with yarn (about three wrappings) with the yarn at bottom of the tree – cut the yarn with an extra two inches. Spread glue around the twig or tree trunk where it meets with the yarn near the bottom of the tree. Wrap the cut yarn piece around the tree trunk. Tuck any remaining yarn between the yarn and the cardboard piece.
